1. If a client cancels an appointment and doesn't reschedule the appointment a fine of R50 is payable as another client could of been booked in that place.
2. If a client has a no-show for an appointment a fine of R50 is payable as another client could of been booked in that place.
3. If a client refers me to family, friends, work colleagues or neighbours a Free Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage + Full Facial will be awarded.
4. This is a non-sexual service any chancers will be asked to pay a fine of R100.
5. The removal of clothing is required but client modesty is shown by wearing a boobtube and covered with towels.
6. For male clients the femoral triangle is avoided.

The salon is currently home-based. One ITEC qualified therapist offering affordable treatments and a non-sexual service. All clients information are kept confidential and client modesty is kept throughout the treatments.
